Sean Enright
Attorney

bankruptcy attorney Sean Enright

Sean literally grew up in a bankruptcy practice. Watching his parents help get average people’s lives back through the legal system inspired Sean to follow suit and enter the legal profession himself. After graduating from UCLA (BA ‘06) and  Northwestern University School of Law (JD ‘12) Sean continued the family tradition of using the law to help people by fighting for victims as a criminal prosecutor in Chicago, Illinois.

As an appellate prosecutor Sean ensured that convicted, dangerously violent criminals stayed off the streets. Then, in the narcotics special prosecutions unit Sean worked on cases attacking the cartel’s stronghold on the heroin trade in Chicago through high-weight interstate drug trafficking and weapons charges. Sean also represented the state of Illinois protecting abused and neglected children and going to trial for victims of domestic violence.

In order to be closer to family and further away from Chicago winters, Sean moved back to California in 2018. Since then, while learning the family business at a professional level and obtaining his California law license, Sean has worked in the non-profit sector.  He is an assistant director and manages transportation as a commercial truck driver for the Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization.

Now as a bankruptcy attorney, just as he has done with his students and the victims of crime, Sean is here for you! Guiding people through a complicated system dominated by powerful interests is his bread and butter.
