When we decided to establish a virtual-mobile practice we did so with our client’s interests in mind. At ELC we customize our client experience by practicing law virtually. People are now used to completing even important and sensitive tasks remotely. They do their banking, purchase insurance, and even shop for cars through the Internet or over the phone. With ELC we provide complete counseling and representation through your entire bankruptcy case without you having to leave your home or office.
You can even make any court appearances (such as the mandatory creditor's meeting) virtually. The bankruptcy court conducts these appearances via Zoom. And with the ELC Questionnaire, you provide all your necessary financial information to us through a secure, digital form.
